A Better Place Project

In English 9 and World Cultures, you’ve been asked to think about circumstances for an ideal community.  You’ve been asked to define your ideal place.  You’ve been asked to make a proposal for an ideal community.  Guess what?  You may never achieve a utopia, but you can work toward making your community a better place.

Next Assignment:  Using any writing genre, take a step to promote a positive change in one of your communities (home, school, club, team, church, job, city, state, country, or global community).  Turn in a copy of the communication you will send to a community decision maker.
